50 HP 6" x 3" Ruff Briquetting Line

Description

Briquetting line produced under rough licence for processing wood waste (sawdust). The line includes a drying line and a hydraulic briquetting press.
- The dryer has an approximate capacity of 500 kg/hour with sawdust at 45-50% moisture. It could reportedly reach 600-800 kg/hour for sawdust with lower moisture content. The drying line will reduce moisture from 50-60% to 10-12%. Includes a vibrating screen, conveyor belt, rotary sorter, feeding auger, dosing unit, suction for hot air from burner (approx. 250 kW), vertical dryer, cyclone, sawdust cooler unit and an auger.
- The briquetting press (37 kW / 50 HP), reportedly made in 2011 under rough licence, has an approximate capacity of 450-500 kg/hour. Feed system with 200 L powder container, classifier.
- Briquette dimensions – 150 x 75 mm / 6" x 3".
- Commissioned in 2012.
