(2) 86" Wide Cast Film Extrusion Lines

Description

(2) Used Toshiba 86" wide EVA cast film extrusion lines. New in 2010 but reported to have only (6) years of use. The lines consist of the following items and are available individually: 143mm single screw extruder (5.5") rated at 1200 kg per hour. Includes casting station with 86" wide primary casting roll, 86" wide guide roll, and 98" wide rubber back-up roll. Includes a kneeling station, embossing station, thickness gauge, slitting station, and a 98" winder for rolls with a maximum diameter of 39", and a maximum capacity of 1400 kg. Sheet thickness produced was 0.4 - 0.7 mm at 40 metres per minute (130 ft per minute).
