Description

Used Farrel model 12UM continuous mixer plant consisting of the following items:
- Farrel model 12UM continuous mixer, new 1998. Fitted with #7 style rotors featuring AISI 4340 heat-treated chrome plating. Rotors equipped with rotary unions; mixer driven by a 1250 hp DC motor, 850/1200 rpm with 4.25:1 gear reduction.
- Farrel single-screw dump extruder with hydraulic ram, Lufkin gear reducer, and oversized feed throat.
- Farrel underwater pelletiser with Gala spin dryer, agglomerate catcher, and Gala water tempering system.
- Rotex classifier screen.
- Controls, drives, MCCs, switchgear, and some spare parts.
- Includes four vacuum receivers.
- Regal hot oil system with three stainless steel plasticiser tanks.
- Six Shaw 2-tonne hoists for bulk bag handling and six bag dump stations with dust filters.
