Used 30" x 36" L&R Machine single sheet former for use with material up to 3/16" thick. 10" draw depth. The vacuum former is custom-built and includes vacuum and air assist. It has top and bottom platens, independently programmable in 0.1 second intervals. Fitted with a Bosch vacuum system, programmable pre-vac, main vacuum, blow-off and air assist. Top and bottom ceramic heaters, 6 zones, independently programmable, pneumatic material clamping system, and programmable fan cooling outlet. Manufactured new in 2003 and reported to have been lightly used for 4 years as a test machine for in-line tooling and small batch production. (Currently in storage)
