Used 30" x 36" L&R Machine single sheet former for use on material up to 3/16" thick. 10" depth of draw. Vacuum former is custom built and includes vacuum and air assist. Has top and bottom platens, independently programmable, in .1 second intervals. Has Bosch vacuum system, programmable pre-vac, main vac and blow off and air assist. Top and bottom ceramic heaters, 6-zones, independently programmable, pneumatic material clamping system, programmable fan cooling outlet. Manufactured new in 2003 and reported has been lightly used for 4 years as a test machine for an in-line tooling and small lot production. (Currently in storage)
