15 Station Krones "Contiroll" Automat Rotary Wrap-Around Glue Labeller

Description

Used Krones "Contiroll" automatic rotary 15-station wrap-around glue labeller. The unit is capable of labelling 100-425 containers per minute. It can handle containers from 2" to 5" in diameter by up to 13¾" in height. It can accommodate labels from 6½" to 16" in length and up to 9" wide.

It has a 7.5" pitch (centre distance) for container spacing. It features a 3¼" wide conveyor with parallel infeed and discharge. It includes a 28" worm screw, bottle stop infeed, and starwheel infeed/discharge.

Includes redundant label heads and feed rollers for label transport with cut-off point control.

It has direct label application (without using transfer elements such as pallets), a cold air system to secure the label before discharge, quick changeover material handling guides, and label head controllers, configured to support a linear infeed. Currently equipped with a set of change parts to run either 355ml, 414ml, 500ml, 591ml, 1 litre, or 1.5 litre. Three-phase, 60 Hertz, 480 volt input.
