Used Reifenhauser HDPE blow film line model RT381-1-70. New 1982. Extruder is driven by a 45 kW motor, 18/1 L/D. Has water cooled feed throat.
Nip roll is mounted in a 27' tall tower, 55" in width. Has 150mm O.D. Blown film die (6") with single lip air ring. Equipped with Kuhne surface winder 43" in width with maximum 40" diameter rolls. Winder is new 1987.
Previously run on 10-35 Micron film at 70 kg per hour.
