Used Russi Motoriduttori 40" wide (1000mm) blown film line, new 2010. The line is equipped with the following:
80mm extruder, 28:1 L/D driven by a 37 kW motor. Includes a 200mm rotating spiral groove die (approximately 8") with head thickness control system and automatic gap adjustment. Includes rotating take-off, Corona treater, automatic 1100mm (approximately 44") rewinder with surface and centre assist capability.
The line last ran at 120-150 kg per hour. Still installed and can be seen in operation.
