40" Wide Johnson Sheet Extrusion Line

Description

Used 40" wide Johnson sheet extrusion line consisting of the following:

- 4.5" Johnson 24:1 L/D vented extruder with water/air cooling on the barrel. Includes DC motor with Pacemaster DC drive and 11.1:1 gearbox ratio. Includes temperature control panel and Beringer model NC-45 compact screen changer.

- Downstream includes 36" wide flex lip extrusion die with restrictor bar. Includes 18" x 40" 3-roll chill roll stack, steel roll conveying system, and chill roll pumps and heat exchangers. Also includes Johnson rubber pull roll assembly and Wysong shear.

- Also included is a 1994 Larkin 60-ton chiller.
