Used 160mm Werner & Pfleiderer co-rotating twin screw pelletising line. The line consists of the following:
160mm Werner & Pfleiderer twin screw extruder with 17/1 L/D (6 barrel sections). The extruder is driven by approximately a 400kW main drive, has an electrically heated water-cooled barrel, and includes a cooling system for the gearbox. The extruder is reported reconditioned and was never put into use after reconditioning.
Downstream includes a water ring pelletising system.
