Used Thomas Engineering continuous coating pan, model cont.coater. Stainless steel construction. Approximately 24" diameter x 160" long perforated pan. Nominally rated 100–3500 kg per hour throughput. Dual spray gun assemblies with Cole Palmer pump systems and flow metres. Steam heated. Schenck accurate weight belt feed system, type MDLWB300-006. Stainless steel construction with hoppers. With Dorner cleated inclined belt conveyor. Approximately 1/9 HP motor drive. Approximately 11" wide x 11' long with 1.75" high cleats. 85" discharge height on stainless steel frame. Steam heated air handling unit with blowers and controls.
