Used 100 litre R&M Italia glass reactor train with 100 litre glass-lined reactor, removable dished top, dished bottom, intermediate QVF glass mid section. Rated 150 psi and full vacuum at 356 degrees F internal. Jacketed for 150 psi and full vacuum at 356 degrees F. Top mounted 1 hp, 230/460 volt XP agitator drive, mechanical seal, 3-blade retreat curve agitator, tube baffle. 70 litre R&M Italia receiver, glass-lined, removable dished top, dished bottom. Intermediate QVF glass mid section. Rated 150 psi and full vacuum at 356 degrees internal, jacketed for 150 psi and full vacuum at 356 degrees F. Shell and tube heat exchanger with tantalum tubes and tube sheets, glass bonnets, carbon steel shells, glass phase separator, with interconnecting glass piping, reactor and receiver bottom lift/lower mechanisms.
