Last running up to 30,000 BPH on 500ml PET Bottles with 26.67mm caps

Includes the following items:

- Posimate empty bottle unscrambler
- Air conveyor from the bottle unscrambler to the filler infeed (lot)
- Linker 72-valve Tri-Block rinser, filler, capper – capper is set for 26.7mm with Aidlin elevator sorter and electrical panel to be included
- Pressureless combiner, single filler
- Stainless 4.5” single lane bottle conveyor, nominally 40’ to 60’ in length
- Filtec dud detector, appears to be an FT-50 or FT-100 with reject unit
- Combination of stainless 4.5”, single filler/slowdown/takeaway conveyor and midsized accumulation conveyors, primarily single lane, nominally 100’ to 150’ in length
- Sonic air knife system, 2 knives appear to be 24” in length
- Langguth hot glue wrap-around rotary labeller, appears to be 16 or 18 stations with Nordson Pro Blue 4 hot glue
- Stainless accumulation bottle conveyor, appears to be 24” or 30”, nominally 50’ to 60’ in length
- SMI SK600 shrink bundler wrap system with 4 chamber heat tunnel, unsupported product, print registration film, wrapping 28 pack, Nordson Pro Blue 7 hot melt
- Finished product stainless bottle conveyor, appears to be 15” to 18”, nominally 50’ to 70’ in length
- Incline conveyor leading to overhead case conveyor
- Overhead case conveyor, nominally 100’ to 130’ in length, leading to palletiser infeed, case metering belt prior to palletiser
- Alvey 881 high level bulk palletiser with catwalk and platform, infeed metering conveyor
- Full pallet discharge roller conveyor leading from palletiser to wrapper, nominal 20’ in length
- Wulftec fully automatic pallet wrapper with infeed and discharge pallet conveyor, appears to be 10’ of infeed, 5’ at wrap area, 15’ discharge
