Description

Used Weber Manufacturing Company Inc (Indianapolis, IN) all stainless steel food grade pail filling line.
Model # MP4127-1
The system is designed to automatically fill and lid 5-gallon or similar pails.
Formerly used for running concentrated soup bases for branded manufacture.
The system includes a pail magazine infeed conveyor carrying stacked pails to the magazine in an inverted position, a pail denesting station at the base of the magazine, and a pail rotator station that inverts the pail to an upright position for loading. The fill station is controlled by a weigh cell to ensure correct fill weight.
An air-operated lift raises the pail from the moving conveyor surface during the filling cycle. The system also features a drip tray and rotary valve, automatic lidding, a cover seating station with two height positions, and an air lift that raises the pail to press down on the lid.
The transport conveyor throughout the machine consists of two 1.125" wide acetal transport chains on 7.125" centres.
All motors are stainless steel washdown duty.
All control panels and electrical enclosures are NEMA 4/4X rated. The discharge conveyor operates on 440 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz with compressed air required.
All construction is stainless steel food grade.
The system uses an Allen Bradley SLC 500 programmable control system.
Formerly operated in food packaging.
