ANCO 305 Blood Coagulation and Dewatering System
- Design capacity: 1000-1500 litres/hour of fresh whole blood
- Heavy-duty stainless steel construction
- Designed to allow for solids (i.e. chicken heads)
- Vertical design (for minimum space requirements)
- Process piping connection
- Low HP design (2.5 HP)
- Reduces moisture of properly coagulated blood to 65-70%
- Includes stainless steel vapour connection for reduced plant emissions

ANCO Blood System PLC and Valve Package
- Low voltage panel with PLC and HMI to allow the system to run in "auto" mode
- Temperature control system and thermocouples
- Steam pilot pressure regulator valve
- ANCO steam feed manual valve package and miscellaneous gauges and indicators

ANCO 228 Blood Pump
- Positive displacement blood metering pump
- Chrome-plated alloy steel rotor
- 3" inlet, 2½" outlet
- Capacity: 2 gallons; 25 gallons maximum
- 2 HP (VFD by client) TEFC drive
- Blood pump with base
