Description

Used Phoenix 18-station rotary hot glue label applicator. 5-inch spacing. Currently set for 20 oz PET bottles. Infeed and discharge starwheels. 3½ in W x 48 in L Delrin chain infeed conveyor with worm feed screw. Discharge: 3½ in W x 36 in L Delrin chain conveyor. Painted steel frame with stainless steel shroud and plexiglass enclosure. Label feed magazine. Brush-on label applicator. Right to left operation. 55 to 600 BPM. Label length capability: 180 mm to 530 mm. 720 mm diameter bottle table, 125.66 pitch. 50 to 115 mm bottle diameter range. Electrical: 3-phase 480 volt. Change parts include 16 oz and 20 oz round PET bottles (2) label magazines. Unit is set to handle bottles from 50 to 125 mm diameter and speeds up to 600 BPM.
