Description

Used Zed model L1 semi-automatic vacuum forming machine. Uses roll or sheet-fed thermoplastic material. Speed depends on application (i.e. film thickness, size of blister). 18" x 24" forming area with maximum draw depth of 4". Has retractable cal-rod heater system and upward-moving platen and cooling fan. Film is fed manually, clamped in place, retractable heater moves over film, and is timed to prepare film for forming. Heater retracts and finished film is removed. 3 phase, 60 cycle, 220 volt, 30 amp and single phase, 60 cycle, 110 volt, 10 amp.
