Used Millipore PRO-8/4 XP process reverse osmosis system. (2) 316 stainless steel ASME code-stamped housings. Each housing can hold (2) 300 square foot Nanomax cartridges, representing 600 square feet total membrane area. 12,000 square feet total membrane area. Control system utilities hardware and software to perform automated processing and data management. Specific control functions and interlocks are performed by PLC Allen Bradley SLC-5/04 controls. Rockwell RSLOGIX 500 software. Includes Goulds 3335 100 HP centrifugal pump, 25 square foot shell and tube heat exchanger, and BEBCO purging unit. Stainless steel piping and valves installed with sanitary Tri-Clover clamps. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Built 2000.
