All-Fill Filling Line

Description

Used filling line for filling chocolate milk into 1 litre bottles. Filling capacity 5,500 bottles per hour. Currently, the machine is set up for 1 litre bottle size but can originally be used for bottles ranging from 0.250 litre up to 1 litre.
The line includes the following main equipment:
- Bottle sorter Fozimt (arranges bottles on conveyor belt)
- Filling machine All-Fill (5,500 litre bottles per hour / 4 Formatim / air filtered / 16 filling heads with flow counters / 8 main plugs)
- Disinfection and flushing system
- Cap applicator
- Kroness labelling unit
- Bottle shrinking and packing unit by Dimac
- Robot pelletiser by Euroimpianti (able to handle surfaces, arrange packaging, and place cartons plus buffer cartridges and cardboard surfaces)
- Stretch pelletisers by Robopac
- Air conveyors (feeding system)
- Other conveyor systems
- Elevator that unloads full surfaces
