Description

Used Bachiller model EMB300 Hastelloy C-276 vacuum pan dryer/evaporator. Approximately 3,320 litre total capacity and approximately 3,000 litre working capacity. Internal contact parts in C-276 Hastelloy. Pan measures approximately 1,400 mm diameter x 1,795 mm straight side. Features welded dished top and welded flat bottom heads. Internal rated 1 bar / full vacuum design pressure at 150°C. External stainless steel half-pipe coil jacket, approximately 120 litre capacity rated 6 bar design pressure at 150°C. Bottom section stainless steel jacket, approximately 15 litre capacity rated 6 bar design pressure at 150°C. Equipped with bottom entry 3-blade curved agitator directly driven by approximately 45 kW motor through gear reducer. Unit is mounted on mild steel base.
