    Description

    Used GARDNER stainless steel ribbon mixer. Capacity of approximately 2,178 litres and a total capacity of approximately 2,744 litres. The U-shaped stainless steel chamber is approximately 2438 mm long, 1067 mm wide and 1170 mm deep. The unit has a single stainless steel shaft with a single ribbon interposed, driven by an 18.5 kW, 3-phase 415 volt motor via a David Brown Radicon gearbox, with an output speed of approximately 37 rpm. Includes lower outlets but no valves are fitted.
