Second-hand production line for caramel sweets, single flavour. The line can produce fruit-flavoured sweets, mint sweets, or milk (fat-based). Reported output up to 468 kg/h. The line consists of:
- Caramel mass preparation section – includes a caramel cooker TC&C Process Designers 24" Schlagenkocher, manufactured by Snelders, new in 1997. Working output up to 1000 kg/h.
- Winkler & Dünnebier forming line type 163.04, new in 1997. Reported output up to 486 kg/h. Forming section dimensions: 920 mm x 280 mm x 40 mm. Forming dies in motion – 118 pcs. Number of sweets per mould: 240 pcs. Machine operates at speeds up to 6.5 moulds per minute. Working dimensions: L 11.85 m x W 1.9 m x H 2.83 m. Final product discharged at a height of 850-950 mm. Power consumption 40 kW.
