Description

Second-hand pellet production line for straw and sawdust. Output up to 1,800 tonnes per month from straw. The entire line consists of the following equipment:
1) Bagging machine with weigh scale
2) Belt conveyor for pellet collection

4) Bucket conveyor
5) Cooling radiator with blowers and cyclones
6) Bucket conveyor for cooling radiator
7) Pellet mill Testmer (PL) model PD20 with 264 kW power
8) Conditioner
9) Buffer tank with a capacity of 2 m³, equipped with cyclones and rotary valves
10) Horizontal two-shaft mixer, volume 10 m³
11) Hammer mill with 160 kW power
12) Straw shredder
13) Aspirator filter
14) Blowers
15) Two-drum dryer, equipped with a vortex boiler for biomass
16) Buffer tank for dryer – 10 m³
17) Drum sifter for sawdust
