1,000 Litre Polish Made Stainless Steel Ribbon Blender

Description

New Polish-made ribbon blender with a working capacity of 1000 litres, made of stainless steel grade 304. The mixer is mounted on a stainless steel frame, also of grade 304. The ribbon agitator is powered by an 11 kW electric motor via a gearbox. The agitator’s operating speed is variable, up to 40 rpm. There is a top inlet with technological pipes located nearby. The central bottom outlet is fitted with a manual rotary valve. The unit includes a local control panel equipped with: emergency stop switch, main on/off switch, agitator on/off switches, +/- agitator speed controls, digital agitator speed gauge, digital current agitator load gauge, and an electrical switchboard with a frequency converter.
