Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machine Empak Krakow ZFR-1

Description

Used Empak Krakow (PL) vertical form/fill/seal machine model ZFR-1. The machine is designed for packaging tablets into strips made from two layers of film. It is equipped with a vibrating feeder. The conveyor width is 130 mm and has 4 lanes moving tablets to the forming section. The forming rolls have a width of 210 mm and a diameter of 100 mm. The currently installed mould has 4 rows, each with a size of 25 mm x 25 mm. The rolls feeding film have a width of 220 mm. The machine can work with tablets sized in the range (diameter x thickness): 6 x 3 mm up to 27 x 6 mm. It can operate with different types of film or materials layered with thermoactive substances (such as paper, aluminium, cellophane, etc.).
