Description

Used stainless steel lab-sized double cone powder mixer by ACH-MECH (PL). Total volume of mixing chamber 25 litres. Working volume approximately 12-15 litres, with a maximum batch weight up to 16 kg. Contact parts are made from stainless steel AISI 316L. Feeding inlet has a diameter of 200 mm and is closed with a stainless steel lid. Discharge outlet has a diameter of 80 mm and is fitted with a manually operated butterfly valve. Distance from discharge outlet to bottom support plate is 730 mm. The mixer also has a manually raised plexiglass cover, equipped with a safety switch. The machine is powered by an electric motor of 1.1 kW, 1415 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed is adjustable in the range of 4-18 rpm. The machine has a local control panel and is mounted on a mobile pedestal made of stainless steel AISI 304. Includes technical documentation and CE certification.
