Used stainless steel lab size double cone powder mixer by ACH-MECH (PL). Total volume of mixing chamber 25 l. Working volume about 12-15 l, with maximal weight of batch up to 16 kg. Contact parts designed in stainless steel AISI 316L. Feeding inlet has diameter 200 mm and is closed with stainless steel lid. Discharge outlet has diameter 80 mm and has manually operated buttlerfly valve. Distance from discharge outlet to bottom support plate 730 mm. Mixer has also manually rised, plexiglass cover, equipped with safety switch. Machine is driven by el motor 1.1 kW, 1415 rpm, 230 /400 V , 50 hz. Working rotation adjustable in range from 4-18 rpm. Machine has local control panel, and is mounted on mobile pedestal, designed in stainless steel AISI 304. Includes technical documentation and CE certificate.
