Description

Used vertical stainless steel screw mixer for powders with bucket conveyor. The mixing chamber has dimensions: diameter 800 mm x length of the straight section of the wall 660 mm. Height of the conical part 1000 mm. Total volume of the mixing chamber 500 litres. Working volume up to 350 litres. The mixer has a central, vertical, screw agitator with a diameter of 180 mm, mounted inside a pipe with a length of 1350 mm. The screw agitator is driven by a gearbox and electric motor 3.1 / 2.4 kW, 2840/1420 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Reduction ratio on gearbox i = 11.81. The mixer has a central bottom discharge outlet with a diameter of 225 mm and a manually operated valve. The mixer is equipped with a vertical bucket conveyor, total height 3450 mm. Contact parts are designed in stainless steel. Buckets are made of plastic. The conveyor is driven by an electric motor 0.75 kW, 705 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz. The feeding hopper of the bucket conveyor has inlet dimensions: 800 mm x 500 mm and is equipped with a bottom-driven delumper (0.18 kW). The mixer was last used in food production.
