Used vertical stainless steel universal mill by Hommel Maschinen und Apparatebau (Germany), type Rotormat 2000. The grinding disc, with a diameter of 270 mm, is directly driven by an electric motor with a power of 4 kW, 2,870 rpm, 50 Hz. Discharge is through a side channel with a replaceable sieve installed. The mill is mounted on three stainless steel legs. It has electric start/stop controls. Technical documentation is not included.
