Used stainless steel horizontal ploughshare powder mixer by Morton (UK), model FKM300D. Total volume of mixing chamber is 300 litres. Working volume ranges from 100 up to 210 litres. The mixer has a single mixing shaft with bolted ploughs and is belt-driven by an electric motor 7.5 kW, 1450 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 Hz, via a gearbox. The mixer also has a single chopper, driven directly by a 4 kW, 2890 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 Hz motor. The mixing chamber has manually operated inspection doors measuring 480 mm x 310 mm. There are also two top connections – one with a diameter of 200 mm and a second with 250 mm, plus one central bottom discharge outlet. The mixer is mounted on a carbon steel stand, providing approximately 700 mm ground clearance. The machine has a local control panel. Shipping dimensions: L 240 cm x W 150 cm x H 214 cm.
