1300 Litre Horizontal Stainless Steel Cooker

Description

Used horizontal stainless steel cooker with a total volume of 1300 litres. The chamber has internal dimensions: W 90 cm x L 296.5 cm x D 60 cm. The machine has a single shaft with a welded ribbon. The shaft is driven by a reducer and an electric motor 1.5 kW, 1461 rpm, 230-400 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of the shaft is up to 6.6 rpm. The top of the cooker is open, equipped with two-section stainless steel covers, raised manually. Each cover section has a length of 150 cm. The bottom and side walls are insulated and layered with a heating/cooling jacket. The machine has a discharge outlet close to the wall where the drive is mounted. The outlet has a diameter of 250 mm in the chamber, with a reduction to 100 mm. The feeding inlet connection is on the side wall and has a diameter of 100 mm. There is also a connection to a cleaning system, which is equipped with 4 splashing nozzles. The machine is mounted on four stainless steel legs. Last used in the food industry.
