Used Tumbling Coating Drum Pellegrini Model T300

Description

Used Pellegrini (IT) coating drum model T-300. Maximum batch size up to 200 kg. The machine has a horizontal insulated drum; the internal contact parts are made of stainless steel. Diameter 1540 mm x 355 mm straight side of the wall. The drum is conical in shape at both ends, each with an opening of diameter 500 mm. The drum is mounted on a carbon steel pedestal and runs on rollers. The rollers are chain-driven via a variable-speed gearbox and electric motor 2.2 kW, 1380 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz, Ex design (EEx-dIIAIIB). Working rotation is mechanically adjustable in the range from 40 up to 210 rpm. The machine also has an air heating station and a local control panel. The station is equipped with two centrifugal blowers, driven by electric motors – 4 kW and 1.1 kW. Both motors are Ex-proof rated (EEx-dIIAIIB).
