Used Homogenizing Mixer Fryma Model VME20

Description

Used Fryma (CH) model VME-20 stainless steel contact parts homogenising mixer. The vessel has an internal diameter of 360 mm by 370 mm length of straight side. Total volume of the mixing pan is about 37 litres. Working volume is in the range from 10 to 20 litres. The mixing pan is capable of operating under vacuum. The heating jacket is rated for operation at 0.5 bar pressure.
The unit is equipped with 3 agitators:
- Anchor type with wall scrapers, driven through a gearbox and electric motor 0.18 kW, 1360 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed of agitator up to 50 rpm.
- Dissolver type/toothed disc, driven directly by electric motor 0.75 kW, 1400 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz.
- Homogenising colloid mill, driven directly by electric motor 1.1 kW, 2820 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz.
The mixing pan is raised and lowered manually by a hydraulic pump. The machine has electrical heating via a plate heater mounted under the bottom of the mixing tank. It has a local control panel and is mounted on a supporting column. Technical documentation is included.
