15 Kw Dissolver Netzsch With 500 L Stainless Steel Mixing Pan

Description

Used dissolver by Netzsch. Machine is driven by an electric motor 15 kW, 1470 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz in Ex design. The machine has a stainless steel shaft with a working length of 740 mm and a toothed disc agitator with a diameter of 450 mm. The agitator is raised hydraulically up to 100 cm. The machine is equipped with a stainless steel mixing pan with a working volume of 500 litres, diameter 940 mm × length of straight side of wall 760 mm. The mixing pan has a side wall discharge outlet with a ball valve. The mixer is equipped with a carbon steel lid, mounted on 6 bolts. The lid has an inspection manway and a connection for a vacuum pump. The machine has a local control panel, electric cabinet and vacuum pump. Last used for paints.
