Used stainless steel vertical mixing tank by Argo (PL), model AZ3-3.5. Total volume 3500 litres. The tank has thermal insulation and is equipped with a jacket on the bottom and side walls. Internal dimensions: diameter 1640 mm × length of straight side of wall 1600 mm. The tank is fitted with a four-blade paddle agitator, driven via a gearbox and electric motor with a power of about 3 kW, 1420 rpm, 400–690 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed of agitator approximately 476 rpm. Bottom discharge outlet located on the side wall. The tank is mounted on three stainless steel legs. Last used in the food industry.
