75 L Vertical Stainless Steel Process Vessel With Heating Jacket And Frame Agitator

Description

Used vertical stainless steel process vessel by SPOMET (PL), type BZC-75. Working volume 75 litres. Tank is designed to operate at pressures up to 2 bar and temperatures up to 90 °C. Heating jacket operates at a pressure of 3 bar and temperatures up to 100 °C. Top bolted, bottom welded. Tank is equipped with a top-mounted frame-type agitator with side wall scrapers, driven by a gearbox and electric motor 1.1 kW, 1400 rpm, 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed of agitator up to 28 rpm. Tank has a central discharge outlet with a manually operated valve. Tank also has a side wall connection. Most recently used for detergents.
