Description

Used stainless steel rotary drum vacuum filter by TMCI Padovan (IT), model Taylo 6MQ. Filtration surface area 6.3 m². Drum has a diameter of 1010 mm and width of 1995 mm, driven by an electric motor 0.75 kW, 1380 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz through a variable-speed gearbox with adjustable rotation in the range of 1 to 19 rpm. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system consisting of a stainless steel vacuum tank with a manometer and a vacuum pump by Pompetravaini, model TRVA 50 220/M/F, driven by an electric motor 5.5 kW, 1450 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz. The filter also has a stainless steel product centrifugal pump Lowara type HTE 25-125/22 driven by an electric motor 2.2 kW, 2850 rpm, 220-380 V, 50 Hz. The pump has an output range of 6–21 m³/h and a head range of 21.6 to 27.4 m. The solids collecting knife position is adjustable, together with a product tank, up to a 42-degree angle. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel supporting frame. Working output depends on the product and can range from 480 up to 3600 l/h.
