1100 MM Diameter Hydraulic Press For Removing Paint From Mixing Can

Description

Used hydraulic press by Geiger (CH), model D1100-K/2SWF, for removing paste/paint from mixing cans. The press consists of a carbon steel supporting column with a height of 337 cm, mounted on a base measuring 700 mm x 700 mm. The pressing head is mounted on a cart which is raised and lowered by a mechanical hoist, driven by an electric motor 1.8/0.44 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz, and is capable of working with weights up to 2000 kg. The pressing head is designed for use with mixing cans with an internal diameter of 1100 mm. The top of the pressing head is equipped with 6 clamps for mounting it on the product container. The piston stroke is approximately 1150 mm. The piston is powered by a hydraulic device, driven by an electric motor of 0.55 kW. Maximum working pressure is up to 150 bar. The press is equipped with a local control panel. Last used in the paint industry.
