250 Liter Carbon Steel Paddle Powder Mixer

Description

Used carbon steel paddle type powder mixer. The mixer has a total volume of approximately 360 litres and a working volume of up to 250 litres. The internal mixing chamber measures: W 590 mm x L 1380 mm x D 540 mm. The machine has a single shaft with four bolted bars. Each bar has seven welded paddles. The shaft is driven by an electric motor (4 kW, 380 V, 50 Hz) and a gearbox. The working shaft speed is up to 153 rpm. Top loading, central bottom discharge with valve. The mixer is mounted on a carbon steel frame. The top cover is bolted and has provision for mounting four stainless steel spray nozzles, included with the machine. Last used in animal feed production.
