Description

Used stainless steel contact parts mixing tank with a total volume of 220 litres. The tank has an internal diameter of 630 mm and a depth of 700 mm. The top covers are bolted and equipped with two agitators:
- 3-blade paddle agitator, driven by a gearbox and electric motor with power of approximately 1.5 kW
- Propeller agitator driven directly by an electric motor, 0.37 kW, 1350 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz.

There is also a welded static agitator attached to the wall of the tank. The tank also has a temperature sensor mounted on the top cover. The mixing chamber is lined with a carbon steel jacket and equipped with an electric heater.

Discharge outlet is located at the flat bottom, close to the side wall. The tank is equipped with a circulation pump and a local control panel. The machine is mounted on a carbon steel mobile frame.
