Hysep MD43C Wolfram-Carbide Lined Decanter Centrifuge

Description

Used decanter centrifuge Hysep type MD43C with carbon steel bowl and screw. Internal surfaces of bowl and screw flange are lined with tungsten carbide. Bowl has a main drive of 11/12.5 kW, 1455/1755 rpm, 50/60 Hz. Screw is driven by a hydraulic motor with a power of 5.5 kW. Working rotational speed of bowl is 2800 rpm. Maximum sludge density 1.2 kg/m³, working temperature up to 80°C. Machine is mounted on an integrated frame and is equipped with a feeding pump and polymer dosing device. Bowl cover, discharge outlets, and drive covers are made of stainless steel. Technical documentation included.
