Calmic-Cisa (Italy) Type C12 MK Stainless Steel Batch Fluid Bed Dryer

Description

Used fluid bed dryer, batch type, by Calmic-Cisa (Italy), model C12 MK. Contact parts are made from stainless steel. The dryer is equipped with two stainless steel mobile pans for the product, each with a total volume of 500 litres. The working batch size is 100–200 kg. The dryer also has a blower (22 kW) and a control panel. The dryer is steam-heated, with a heat capacity of up to 115,000 kcal/h and steam consumption in the range of 120–180 kg/h at a pressure range of 2–5 kg/cm². Air consumption is 9,000 m³/h at a pressure of 6 kg/cm². There is the possibility to install spraying nozzles for granule production. Dimensions: length 3,200 mm × width 1,750 mm × height 2,800 mm.
