20,000 Bottles/Hour Sacmi Form and Filling Line

Description

Used PET blow moulding and filling line with a capacity of 20,000 bottles per hour. The line includes the following major equipment:

- SACMI SR12 COMBO 12-40-10 blower / filler / capper. Preform tipper & hopper (manufactured in 2008, refurbished in 2018). 12-head blow moulder, 184 preform magazine, 2 sets of change parts for 250ml & 330ml. 40-head volumetric flow filler for 28mm to 38mm necks, refurbished neck grippers. 10-head Arol capper, hopper elevator, 3 cap sorter feed hoppers for sizes 28mm, 35mm, 38mm caps.

- Barry Wehmiller VOLUMIX DUO 2 /3 /12, automated drinks mixer, 20,000 litre per hour capacity (2017). Lanxess Velcorin DT 13 S, maximum dosing rate 20ml/100l, beverage flow 2,400–14,400 l/h (2012). Heuft Spectrum cap and fill level inspection. Barry Wehmiller VOLUCLEAN CIP, automatic skid-mounted system.

- Fuji Seal air dryer knife (2017). Fuji Seal 415X EU sleeve applicator, with inspection and reject station, automatic splice unit, 3 reel feeder. Fuji Seal ST-M shrink tunnel.

- Sacmi Opera 200 RF automatic roll-fed rotary labeller, change parts for 250ml, 330ml, 500ml (2008). SMI SK450 P shrink wrapper for printed and blank film, with 22 option format selection. SMI heated shrink wrap tunnel, 45 packs per minute capacity. Loma metal detector. Altech case labeller.

- Hartness bottle accumulator, bottle inverter. Pentair 3-tank carbon water filtration plant with Pall filters. Innowatech Hyclean mixing & dosing station with bottle steriliser system. 110m of bottle, pack and tray conveyor, upgraded in 2018. Emmeti Logik Wolf palletiser system. Robopac Helix HS30 pallet wrapper.

- Compressors and chillers. AF CE46B 40 bar high-pressure compressor, year of manufacture 2003, refurbished by AF in 2019. Hankison compressed air dryer for PET, 40 bar pressure. ASKI LCA/E type 1102 PET M chiller (2008). ICS AT/K P2080 chiller (2017).
