Used Morton Lodige Type FKM3000D 316L stainless steel jacketed ploughshare mixer. Working capacity 2,100 litres with stainless steel 316L jacket of 208 litres capacity, maximum working pressure 5 bar and maximum working temperature 162°C. Main drive 30 kW variable speed SEW Eurodrive unit Type R163 VU6 DV200L4. Ratio 37.424 fitted with servo motor with electrical remote control. Speed range 16–67 rpm. Power at 16 rpm = 15 kW, torque 8,953 Nm. Power at 67 rpm = 25 kW, torque 3,316 Nm. Vessel internal length is 2,960 mm. Total overall length of the unit approximately 5,638 mm. Top central inlet 350 mm diameter. Central bottom outlet approximately 200 mm diameter. Unit has 2 no. 540 x 400 mm inspection/cleaning hatches with interlocks.
