Oil Drilling Mud Plant

Description

Used M-I SWACO Centrifuge CD 600 FH Oil Drilling Mud Plant (also known as a Mud Treatment System), built in 2012 and decommissioned in 2019. This CD-600 based plant is designed to process high volumes of drilling mud for high solids removal efficiency and improved barite recovery. An automatic programmable logic controller monitors and adjusts the system to compensate for varied drilling conditions, maintaining maximum solids separation throughout the drilling operation.
The hydraulic capacity is approximately 180 m³/hour, with a maximum solids discharge of approximately 28 m³/hour. The plant includes the following major equipment:
- (2) PLC-controlled M-I SWACO centrifuges, ancillary tanks, and pumps on a skid-mounted base.
