Used Vandenbroek drum dryer line, manufactured in 2007 and decommissioned in 2010. The line has a capacity of 10 tonnes per hour of water evaporation from biomass products such as alfalfa and woodchips. The line includes an oven capable of burning charcoal or biomass.
The drum measures approximately 17 metres long by 3 metres wide, constructed from mild steel. It is reported to have an average drying temperature of approximately 400–450 degrees Celsius, with the capability to operate at 700–800 degrees Celsius.
