3000 Bottles / Hour Form and Filling Line for 0.335, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2 Litre PET Bottles

Description

Unused form and fill PET bottle filling plant with water purification equipment manufactured by Norland in 1996. The plant is stored in two containers.
Filling capacity is up to 3,000 bottles per hour for bottles sized 335ml, 0.5l, 1.0l, 1.5l and 2l. The line also includes equipment to purify water from spring or borehole sources and to produce bacteria-free drinking water.
Equipment includes:
- Blow moulding equipment (moulds are not included).
- Water filling line – rotating table, bottle rinsing unit, filling unit, capping/labelling units, date coder, cap tightener, conveyors, shrink wrap applicator / tunnel.
- Raw water intake and treatment system.
