New chocolate and filling mix system suitable for 0.1 to 2.5 g drops. 864 or 108 nozzles per depositor, 10–14 strokes per minute, water heating and temperature control system. Machine pistons are hydraulic, other equipment pneumatic. Each lobe section has a CR-Ni stainless steel piston. All machine parts are modular. Machine covers and contact parts are stainless steel. Machine electrical and electronic parts comply with food standards.
The cooling tunnel has a conveyor belt width of 1000 mm. Tunnel length is 24 m. Length of the cooling area is 22 m. Machine body, rectangular metal tubes and sheet metal parts are made of 304 stainless steel. Top covers of the cooling tunnel can be opened and closed on both sides. There is the option to set temperatures separately at the inlet and outlet of the cooling area via a double section. Temperature and motor speed are controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC through the touchscreen (HMI) from the enrobing machine.
