Bottling Plant, Form and Fill with Capacity 6000 bottles/hour

Description

Used form and fill bottling line with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour, manufactured in 2010 by AMT Slovakia and decommissioned in November 2018. Equipment includes:
- Filler made by AMT Slovakia with a capacity of 6,600 bottles per hour (0.5 litre bottles), 6,000 bottles per hour (1.5 litre bottles), 5,500 BPH (2 litre bottles). 36 valves, 67,304,905 units produced. Suitable for non-carbonated water and juice. Cap size 30mm. Reportedly possible to adapt for CO2.
- Packaging machine made by Giemme Thermo Packaging Machinery, Italy.
- Labelling machine made by Accraply Trine with a capacity of 8,000 bottles per hour.
- Palletising machine made by Progometals with a capacity of 1 pallet per minute.
- Three blowing machines made by AMT Slovakia with a combined capacity of 7,500 bottles per minute.
- Chiller made by MTA, Italy.
