Description

Used 16,000 kW back pressure steam turbine generator set, manufactured in 2007 and decommissioned in December 2017. Sale includes:

- MAN Marc 4B steam turbine, manufactured in 2008, capacity 16,230 kW, nominal speed 8,120 rpm, fresh steam pressure 99 bar, fresh steam consumption 129.2 tonnes/hour, exhaust steam pressure 7 bar, fresh steam temperature 410 degrees Celsius, exhaust steam temperature 165 degrees Celsius.
- Lubrication system manufactured by Reinhold Wesselmann GmbH in 2007.
- Control oil system manufactured by Hydac Systems GmbH in 2007.
- Gearbox / transmission manufactured by Renk AG in 2007 with nominal power 17,050 kW, rated power 18,650 kW, speeds 8,120 / 1,500 rpm.
- Generator manufactured by Jemont Electric in 2008 with power 16,240 kW, 20,300 kVA, 10,500 V ± 5%, 1,116 A, 50 Hz, 1,500 rpm, power factor 0.8, total runtime 60,145 hours.
- Fire extinguishing system manufactured by Van Wijk en Boersma in 2008.
- Central control and operating cabinets.
- Steam parameters at turbine inlet under normal operation at maximum load: 99 bara, 400 degrees Celsius, maximum flow 129.2 tonnes/hour.
- Steam parameters at exhaust at maximum load: 7 bara, 165 degrees Celsius, 129.2 tonnes/hour.
