Hosokawa Alpine AFG 630

Description

Used ultra-fine grinding plant consisting of Hosokawa Alpine AFG 630 fluid bed opposed jet mill with classifier 315 ATP (total volume: 885 dm³, 10 bar shock pressure resistant, fold-out classifier wheel in 304 stainless steel), (1) product feeding unit including (1) spare gear motor for screw conveyor, (1) cyclone, (1) EX shutter valve, control cabinet, (4) outlet product containers and some interconnecting pipework. Capacity 11 kW (mill). Reportedly suitable for ceramics, powder metallurgy, minerals, pigments, chemicals, control agents, pharmaceuticals, etc. Equipment has been dismantled. A Bühler PGFG 60/18 Bühler dust filter is also available for an additional charge. Required compressor specification: 2,000 m³/hr at 3 bar. Compressor is not included.
