200000 Litres/Day PET Bottle Filling Line

Description

Used filling line with most equipment manufactured during the 1980s, capacity approximately 200,000 litres per day when filling 1.5 litre PET bottles. It can reportedly also fill 500ml, 750ml, 1.25l and 2l bottles. Main equipment includes:
- ABM 761 depalletiser made in 1983 with a capacity of 14,500 bottles per hour.
- O&H uncaser made in 1982 with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.
- Simonazzi Atlantic 132-203/22-3D bottle washer made in 1982 with a capacity of 21,000 bottles per hour.
- Crate washer.
- Simonazzi Eurostar 80 10 8 filler made in 1984 with a capacity of 14,500 bottles per hour.
- Simonazzi 80 head filler (spare) with a capacity of 18,000 bottles per hour.
- Zalkin 10 head capper with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.
- Arol Euro PK 8H free-standing crowner made in 1997.
- Kettner BE 50/C-T caser made in 1984 with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.
- H&K BSH 2 palletiser made in 1983 with a capacity of 14,500 bottles per hour.
- Copeland D8SK2/700X chiller made in 1989.
